Compared to the first movie, this is TRASH!

I wouldn't say Rush Hour 3 is trash but compared to the first one Rush Hour 3 is definitely weaker.

Unfortunately the disc I got screwed up very early in the movie, so I had to fast forward and missed about 15 minutes of the film, but I just never got invested in this one the way I did the first two. I don't think I ever laughed whereas the first two gave me a few chuckles. I spent most of the movie just waiting for it to end.

This one is definitely the weakest of the three, but it's still got a few laughs here and there. I would rank them like this: Rush Hour 2 > Rush Hour > Rush Hour 3

I agree with you man. 2 is the best. It's a classic.
