shareThey couldn't have picked a worse person for Johnny Cage. Miz can't even wrestle well but we're supposed to expect him to be an on-screen expy of Jean Claude Van Damme?

Expect lots of quick-cuts, stand-ins and plenty of camera tricks to cover for his lack of agility and flexibility.
Oh come on now, The MIZ is awesome in the MArine and MR and MRS. You a Cena fan? Every time i see Fast 9 trailer with Cena in it, i nod.
Cena and Miz are two different beasts. Cena looks awesome on-screen, like a real-life action figure turned into a human action hero. He's cool, and even though Fast 9 looks stupid, I will watch it for Cena.
Miz? Miz wasn't even that great in The Marine, and his fight scenes looked pretty lame in that.
I stand by my previous comment that John Morrison would have been a far better pick for Johnny Cage, he has the cockiness, the look, the physique and the agility to pull off being a believable martial artist that mimics Jean-Claude.
The Miz? The MIZ?! LOLOLOL... no, just no.
The Miz hasn't even been in one memorable wrestling match, and if so please point me to it where it gives you the impression he could play Johnny Cage.
So go with a guy based on the fact that his wrestling persona is vaguely similar to Johnny Cage? Meh

As far as who should actually play Johnny Cage, getting the real JCVD could be cool, but probably won't happen. Or Jason David Frank. They'd probably opt for somebody reasonably big.
Elton John would have done a great score.
