action wasn't bad, but i rather play the video game

Just like the older films, just didn't live up to the hype

The movie lacks what most Hollywood action movies lack off these days, and that is the horrible way the action is shot, and that is when a punch or kick connects, the cut away to another camera angle, this removes the power of the punch or kick. They don't do this for Asian action movies, thats why The Raid was so bad ass.

I agree that the action wasn't edited well, I hate the MTV style editing most american action movies have now.
