Normally I'm not one for "reboots", but this is one show I would LOVE to see started up again......ESPECIALLY given all the experiences Jon Favreau has had since this show ceased production, which now seems like about a MILLION years ago !!!

I just re-found some episode on YouTube and am binging it right now. Agreed completely. Hahahaha. And I mean, really for a show that ended 12 years ago and for a post to be as recent as a few days ago, that's pretty miraculous by IMDB board standards.

I know there are a lot of 'haters' out there, not only for Jon Favreau, but then, of course, for EVERYTHING he's ever done (no doubt going back to his childhood), but I can't exactly put into words just how much I LOVED this show.......in fact, it's one of my favorite shows of all time.
Starting with his incredibly eclectic mix of 'dinner guests', to the fascinating topics, and stories their discussions would sometimes lead to (and YES, admittedly, the sometimes SILLY, or even boring discussions that would sometimes result), I just couldn't get enough.
THANK GOD, I was able to get my hands on (at a VERY reasonable price), what I believe was one of the last (new) dvd box 'complete series' box sets, not long after it went out of print, just as people were beginning to charge outrageous sums for any that were still left (God bless capitalism, but don't you just HATE all of the 'entrepreneurs' in the world, who always seem to be right there, gladly taking advantage of situations just like this, and charging an arm AND a leg for something we DESPERATELY want???)(And don't get me started on the INDUSTRY that now is a part of our everyday life, simply to stick it to ALL of us the exact same way, for sports tickets of every kind...).
Has anybody ever heard if Favreau was asked, or ever commented on possibly ever bringing back this show ???
