Does anybody here know the name of the theme close to the end of the movie? When Chloe sits on the swing and laughs and starts calling her brother's name, that music deeply moved me and I'd love to know where I can find it.

i dont remember. the whole movie was moving, and i think i was so overcome with emotion by the end of it, i didnt take much notice of the music.
Same. I was so soaked in the picture then I stood in front of my TV till the end.
