This new season feels pretty mean spirited

The one thing I noticed before this season was that no man ever called a woman a b****. It's already happened a couple of times in the first few episodes. Also, no gay slur was ever said. But d*ke and rug muncher has already been said. It doesn't bother me, but just seems very off putting that they are doing it in Season 10.

It's very cringeworthy and cruel to see how badly Randy's being mistreated either by Bubbles or Barb and her goons.

Bubbles was a huge dick to call him a "FĂșcking bitch". That's not even remotely funny, it's just so hurtful.

reply

Are you mad? Everyone makes fun of Randy lol.
It's what make this show as always.

reply

It's because this show is uncut and it is even now more extreme as ever.

reply

Just because it's more "extreme" that doesn't make it necessarily better.

reply

So the previous uses of the f word weren't offensive to you but d*** is?

reply

It's not the cursing that matters but the way that it's portrayed.

Lol oh stfu newbies lol
I'm Canadian and watched this show before you Americans learned to love this show and as for a new season and now exclusively on Netflix , it got better and more modern than ever.

There are a lot of plot twists and memorable characters and each character still tells each other off.
So stfu and stop thinking you know the show cause you wouldn't give a *beep* what each characters says to each other.
There is always going to be conflict with each character.
Even Ricky and Jillian will always fight lol and tell each other "to suck each other cock".

Even Lucy and Sarah will fight
Jacob and Jroc or Trinity vs Randy.
There will always be a conflict.
Stop thinking you control this show and how it should be.
If you can't handle the jokes, don't watch this show.
When in first watched this show it was the show in Canada that really brought out such hardcover satire.
I realize now even "It's always sunny in Philadelphia" is getting to be more hardcover.
Especially sex and profanity and other sinful *beep*

So TLDR? *beep* off this should ain't for you anymore if you don't like this show anymore.

Also be grateful you get to continue seeing this show, as for the show I now grew up with and with a season 10, I am glad this show still is going.

Damage control.

Congratulations. You have written the most moronic thing I've read in quite a while. What a moronic idiot.

I haven't seen the new season yet, but I have seen interviews done when the show was young (and better) and they said that they had self-imposed rules about what can be said or not. No one would call Bubbles 'retarded'. No one would call Lahey or Randy a homophobic slur. No one used a racial slur. The point was, even though the characters would fight and argue, they still had some love and respect for each other. There were lines that they wouldn't cross.

reply

That is because they didn't want to at the time.
The new days they are adding more slurs and racist jokes making it even more satire than ever.
Also a new director and Mike Smith is in charge.
So he wanted to change this more than ever.

reply

Satire doesn't need to be offensive to be funny.

reply

I haven't heard them use a racial slur at all in the entire series. I haven't heard them use any racial jokes.

reply

Exactly.

reply

I haven't seen the new season yet, but

There are reasons why those lines are being crossed and you'll eventually see why.

Listen to Iced Earth and play Doom

I was just educating that moronic cutieboy *beep* stain that the show did used to have set rules in place about what was said and what wasn't since that stupid jackass seemed to be attacking anyone who said otherwise because he's a stupid idiot. Despite being the apparent self-imposed expert on the show, he seems to know very little about it but he's Canadian so that makes him super special and superior to everyone.

reply

Nah, it's kinda whack...

reply

You sound ridiculous.

reply

You are missing the entire point of this topic. I won't attempt to explain it to you since it seems that you barely have your Grade 9...
For someone who claims to know so much about the show, you can't even spell Julian's name right, ever. And he is one of the main characters!
If being a Canadian fan of this show means being a rude, arrogant, know-it-all douche bag, then I'll stick with being one of the "you Americans" you refer to.
Jeez, and I thought Canadians were supposed to be exceedingly polite and humble...in the words of Randy, I implore you to "Frig off!"

reply

I been laughing non stop lol and I love how this season keep having characters telling each other off.
Especially Jullian making fun of Ricky and Bubbles lol.
And then Bubbles making fun of Ricky haha.
Then Barb being a bad ass wannabe cholo thug with Candy.
I love this, another season is fine with me, this show still makes me laugh.

reply

I thought Julian was pretty $h**ty this season. He always needs something and very rarely helps out anyone else.
