Layhee's daughter needs to come back to the park. Send the boys to jail and finally become the Liquor, her one true Destiny.

He can't "send" the boys to the prison, he's not even a Sunnyvale resident anymore much less all three boys. If things go accordingly then Julian took that ride and left Sunnyvale for good so it'll be about Ricky and Bubbles.

It would be but guess for Ellen Page to return they'd have to pay her a good sum. But honestly, she's not been around for ages so it doesn't really make any difference.
