Agreed. anytime I see a tweet suggesting that you should never laugh or joke about rape, I always counter by tweeting a link to the YouTube clip of this. This proves that, sometimes, rape can be hilarious.

I think you can joke about anything and everything, and I didn't think it was tasteless or anything - and I don't mind 'tasteless' jokes (whatever that means), but that just didn't seem funny to me.
I am just a bit puzzled as to why they couldn't handle that situation. Someone says the 'R'-word, and professionals (that are supposed to be able to handle all kinds of surprising situations) freeze like a rabbit in headlights. Just deal with the situation and get on with it.
Maybe it's just not that awkward in my opinion, perhaps I think too pragmatically or am not emotionally shocked as easily, who knows.
Shock humor just isn't very shocking or humorous to me, I suppose.
