After the two most obvious most disturbing parts of this - the name of this night club is 3rd. No pretext as to why this establishment exists... the name says it all. Hedonistic, unsanitary, perverted ... how does a place like this even get a business license? Not saying clubs like this don't exist, but do they really have such blatantly, blunt names like that?

The name of the club was unrealistically depraved in order to corroborate the entire intensively homophobic message of the movie: that anal sex (particularly by gay men) is sick and hellacious while reproductive heterosexual sex is heavenly and righteous. Everything about that club was highly fabricated and unrealistic, right down to the name, purposefully inducing a "yuck, how disgusting!" reaction in viewers.
