Are you kidding me?!

What kind of rapist takes his time like that with a girl in a public underpass? He was coked out of his mind so he would've been more paranoid than that. Rape scene took too long to be believable. If he has her in his own private quarters that's one thing, but for it to go on that long in an alley? Not realistic.

Also, the line that got her down there in the first place is very silly. "Take the underpass, it's safer." The underpass is safer after dark than a taxi? Who would ever believe a nonsensical thing like that? Not even someone with Down Syndrome would believe that. The fact that she just went for it because a stranger said so is ridiculous.

Now THAT I can believe. She had a rape fantasy and wanted to be beaten badly and F'ed up the A like a good little slut. Good call paradroid.

Not safer than taking a taxi. Safer than crossing the road. The underpass is substituting for a crosswalk because of the busy traffic. Someone pointed her towards the underpass and she realized that's how you cross the road. Not exactly unrealistic.

I speak french and on the dvd commentary by Gaspard Noé the director, he said that the rape scene was actually inspired by a compilation of statistics of rape in Paris in recent years. The average rape time was about 8 minutes (same as the movie) and this place was one in the top 3 in Paris, so if that doesn't shup this stupid ignorant OP, than who will lol.
