I mean, really. Cinematic crap aside, he ripped her clothes off and had his pants down. Where was his thing? sitting in a green room, eating donuts?

Regardless of the content, pumping a hot chicks butt for a movie would make me bone up instantly. And multiple takes? I would have paid to do that scene.

I don't think it's very problematic remaining flaccid while shooting a movie scene unless you're a teenage boy.

There is a prop that they use that covers the genital area that is skin colored and is worn like a speedo so no, there is no actual genital contact.
