ok so the manga series is over is what i've herard and im wondering what happens to kagome and inuyasha??
what does she stay in that time or what happens exactly?
She decides to stay and marry InuYasha meaning she can't go back to her own time and must permantly stay in the fudal era.

It doesn't say why but she can't. You know how Kagome narrates the show well she narrating it and says she'll stay in the fuedel era with InuYasha forever. I'm guessing towards the end the well let her decided whether she wanted to stay with her family or be with InuYasha.

It didn't really say that she *couldn't* go back to the modern era. It just says that she chose to stay with him. For all we know she could still go back and visit, which would seem right. It's not really fair to her parents for her to just up and dissapear!

But then again it's Kagome and I don't care too much about her.
