That would be an interesting fanfiction. An Amazing Race version of Inuyasha with the character paired off. Inuyasha/Kagome, Miroku/Sango, Kouga/Ayame, Sesshoumaru... Rin? (maybe with Jaken trailing along after them? Either that or Sesshoumaru/Kagura, Rin/Kohaku), Naraku/Kikyo, and so on and so forth,
