Who was the creepiest filler villain?

Number one I would say, Tokajin the Peach Man. He was utterly repulsive and nasty looking and almost killed Inuyasha. The two episodes that featured him seem to be the darkest. http://inuyasha.wikia.com/wiki/T%C5%8Dkajin

Second would be Urasue, she gave me the creeps just by the look of her. http://inuyasha.wikia.com/wiki/Urasue

Third would be Yura of the Hair, because of how sadistic she was and how her hair was so razor-sharp. http://inuyasha.wikia.com/wiki/Yura

I think I'll also add, Taigokumaru, because not only did he looked menacing and sounded creepy, but the guy cold bloodedly killed his own son and nearly tried to kill his own granddaughter. http://inuyasha.wikia.com/wiki/Taigokumaru

Those are all good choices, the spider demon though I think "creeped me out" the most.

Also since Inuyasha is in human mode it makes the situation really tense. The peach man episode had the same thing going on but I don't think the giant dude looked creepy, more intimidating.

I think, Ninmenka, the demon fruit tree that Tokajin relied on was also creepy. Those human faced fruits it produces from the souls of fertilized humans were ghastly.

Mistress Centipede really is creepy.

Which got me thinking, did the show go through different writers/artists? It was incredibly dark near the beginning with the enemies and whatnot, things got much lighter as it continued.

Never found Yura creepy, in fact she is one if the prettiest girls of the series imo.

It's more because of the hair that she uses that makes her creepy.
