'Buddhists, Save The Whales, members of a cult, anything like that?'

Just watched this flick last night, & I enjoyed it quite a bit, though I do have a couple questions:

1) How do the questions the Feds are asking Harry relate to the death of his wife? These seemed extremely piquant, & I kept them in the back of my mind for the rest of the movie, expecting some more obvious tie-in.

2) This cabal of corrupt cop-killers seemed to be a mite out of their "jurisdiction" in Wisconsin. Surely they could find some cops on the take in Montana, considering the state just recieved a D+ for corruption by the Center For Public & Global Integrity. http://www.stateintegrity.org/montana
