Why didn't the professer recognize Mojo at all? He made no acknowledgement that he recognized him.

Because Utonium is a dip. They actually covered this in an episode. He just forgot about him totally.

He's no dip. Note that after he "created" the Powerpuff Girls accidentally, his whole mind is on them so he forgot about Jojo/Mojo Jojo totally. That is one strong theory.

The 2nd one could be what you mean or the first if it is true.

no wonder mojo was so upset, that was a good episode too as it established that the girls have too dads as they put it
