Scenarios never explored?

I was wondering if there are any particular scenarios you would like to see explored in a world after the zombie apocalypse that you have never seen examined on screen? What would be genuine difficulties people would face in this kind of world that filmmakers have neglected thus far?
What about a world that has managed to develop a kind of civilisation again, with zombies as a permanent fixture of a new existence, how would that work?

Before anyone says it, I understand that 28 days Later is not technically a zombie movie, but it clearly comes under the modern zombie genre, and I know that a lot of zombie fans use this board.

I always wonder about old people, babies/young children, pets and things.
They never show what happens to them in zombie films. In the walking dead there was a scene which involved a baby's car seat which I found disurbing.
I'm not a sicko who wants to see kids getting killed by zombies but you never really see what happens to them. Its like you don't really see any zombies in wheelchair's.

you see a zombie in a wheelchair in shaun of the dead

You really need to see a film called Fido that shows you what a society with zombies would be like. Its a great film.

I'd like to see a movie where the zombies have a reasonable explanation and a cure.

For example, aliens change conditions to make zombie happen to wipe out populations before they settle here.
