Unreleased Score in 28 Days Later

Since this movie came out, I have periodically searched for a specific track in the film that plays in a specific scene that is not on the official soundtrack release. Originally, when the movie was coming out in the US, the UK site was still functional and upon visiting the gallery page, this music track I'm looking for would play in a loop. However, the site is long gone. In the movie, when Selena first describes to Jim what happened with the riots during his coma in that shop with the closed gate, the music is playing subtly in the background. I feel that the track is a loop but I'm not necessarily sure how to obtain a good quality version of the track. Does anyone else know what I'm talking about? Like I said, it's not on the soundtrack release and plays at no other part of the film. It would be a pretty big blessing for me if someone could find it as I've searching for it periodically for years.
