Wait a minute, that rape trial...

What in the actual *beep*? The rape trial at the beginning is treated like a criminal case. But Matt Murdock isn't a prosecutor. Yet he's the party opposing the rapist. He seems to be representing...the victim? Ok, so is this a civil suit where the victim is suing the rapist for sexual assault? Um, nope because then it's treated as if the rapist is walking free and being put back on the streets, i.e. avoiding criminal charges. Daredevil kills him because he knows he's guilty.

What was that case??? What bizzaro world judicial system are we dealing with???

Furthermore,I suspect this site may not fully grasp the concept of signatures.

Yeah, welcome to Hollywood Lawyerin'. ;) Law and Order was a good law-related show, but even then it threw a lot of the usual Hollywood tropes in.

I didn't think lawyers could knock back a case simply because they think the client is guilty, either. Movies, huh?
