The directors cut would've given this movie a much higher score

That's if it came out first. It's actually pretty good and improves over the original product greatly. I didn't think Ben Affleck was too bad in the role of Daredevil and liked Jennifer Garner, Michael Clarke Duncan, and Colin Ferrall in their roles. Considering this came out two years before Batman Begins, it still caters to the original Tim Burton films.

You guys should see the marathon I did with Daredevil The Directors cut. Its called When Good Men Become Crime Fighters. You can check it out here on my blog.

Surely everyone has seen the DC by now?

Pretty sure that's the version on all the latest prints too. But I agree, the rating is harsh.

So i've heard. But I agree, the Director's Cut really should have been the theatrical version.

You want something corny? You got it!

If they ever do a daredevil on screen again they’ll do it rated R. Deadpool proved R rated comic films can still be profitable and it’s better to put give R rated characters R rated treatments than neuter them.
