copy machines apparently don't exist. That's why no one would even think that the blackmail box can be copied. Then again, Shane copied his strike team blackmail file so I'm really confused now.

shareThe first thing anyone would do is to make copies (and scan). In any event, even if the box were being returned, it would take less than an hour to copy the whole thing. This idea that no one made copies of whatever - which runs throughout the entire 7 seasons, is patently absurd.
