So loved that show. The Shield is still my fav show of all time, but Banshee was really good in it's own right. They were on Cinemax so they got away with so much more, especially violence. The whole chainsaw to Guardo by Vic seemed rather tame compared to some of the stuff in Banshee.

Banshee and The Shield are two of the top best TV shows for sure.

I love them both.

Absolutely. When Hood fought the MMA guy early on in S1, I was so hooked after that. That fight was so well choreographed and realistic it was amazing.
