First your husband gets the chair after 11 years.
Then your son dies in hospital after a hit and run.
You go home after that "busy day" and an eviction notice nailed on the door is welcoming you!!
I guess its what we call the American dream right! looool
That being said, the movie is pure magic and pretty touching... Halle's Oscar is more than deserved!
