Dahmer drilled a hole in the kid's head, then he got up and walked out? Without bleeding?

He was bleeding. Rewatch it. But having a hole drilled in your brain won't kill you immediately. The real life kid was a young teen, and he almost survived. Stupid cops.

I was pretty mad when I found out they got their jobs back. I really wonder what basis they gave as to why they were ignoring the two women.
