What was the stupidest scene in Dreamcatcher

The aliens, that looked like the cartoon monsters from old Bugs Bunny cartoons, when the Army went in to kill them and their legs actually had the old cartoon effects I laughed my ass off.

What was your stupidest scene?

I actually liked this movie, but I can't stand this mindset "if you didn't like the movie, why are you here?" What does one have to do with another? Stop.

When the aliens moved around they turned into their real form which was the worm and they didn't have any legs.

How about when they ran from the airstrike and they had the warp-speed cartoon Wile E Coyote legs.

I actually cracked up at that.

Every scene with the awful child actors.
"He's gonna run home and tell his mom what you did. And she's gonna call the police. Then we'll see."

How about when Henry is talking on the gun like it's a phone!? An incredibly poorly acting scene that looked like a joke.

Yep, talking in the gun is also my "favourite"-ridiculous part in this film!
But you forget to mention... the gun actually RANG before he picked it up!

Yeah haha, that get's my vote as the stupidest moment in the movie, but to be fair to Thomas Jane I don't think any actor could pull that off seriously. Even Robert De Niro would have trouble doing that scene I'm sure.

The toilet scene. Anyone would've just found the heaviest thing in the house and sat it on the toilet.

Definitely Thomas Jane talking into a hand gun like a telephone, I remember collectively groaning when I saw that part, even though I knew it was coming it still warranted the same reaction. The movie had already jumped the shark before that point, but then it just went to another galaxy. It's one thing to have a movie about people shitting aliens out of their ass, but when that happens as well you can't help but be in awe of it. I'm starting to regret not seeing this movie in theatres back in 2003 now. I had the chance but passed it up, it would have been awesome seeing that scene with an audience just as clueless as I would have been.

I also laughed my ass off when Thomas Jane was trying to fire the machine gun at the flying shit weasel that just came out of a dead German Shepherd's asshole (you couldn't make that up).
