were they "more than friends"? I KINDA got a lesbian vibe but then again her friend told her she could not 'eat her out' . ???

The point of the movie is that these kids don't really know what they want. These 2 are just curious and, because they love each other as friends so much, they consider that they may be attracted to each other as well. But they realize that's not the case.

Allison realizes that's not the case, as for the other girl she actually looked disappointed.
