I know the main actress was missing from a season but last week saw an episode with a different red head seatrd on couch talking to Reba. Assumed she replaced original actress for a few eps but no mention of her online.

Anyone know who I'm referring to?

If i knew episode I'd wouldn't be making post. I'd just look at list of actors for that ep.

I can't recall any other red heads on the show besides Kyra and Reba. Barbara Jean copied Reba's exact cut and color once, but that's all I can think of.

When she comes back to the show she looks almost unrecgonizable it was likely Scarlett Pomers

No it must have been a different characters, the same girl played Kyra throughout the series, but like all kids she grew up.

Just watching the episode S6/E1 where Scarlet returns to the show. She walked thu the front door to hooting and hollering, Van and Reba give her a "what the.." look. Then Reba said, "where have you been?" Kyra replies, "I went to get something to eat, " an obvious reference to the reason for her absence.
