While watching this episode I noticed Lily (Kathryn Hahn) kept breaking into spontaneous fits of laughter, especially when talking about the dwarf. Lily kept blaming it on her pregnancy hormones. Considering Kathryn Hahn really was in the final stages of her own pregnancy, I wonder if her real hormones were actually causing the laughter,
