Did this episode scare anyone else?

I'm 22 now and I was 4/5 when I watched David The Gnome.

Does anyone remember the episode where Lisa gets hurt and a human finds her and takes her to his house (I think he had a wife also) and nurses her back to health?

I wouldn't call it a scary episode, but I remember she was bleeding and that kinda disturbed me.

Anyone remember this one, or remember anything else from the episode?
