Do you remember how they would nose kiss? Was there a word for that? I completely forget.

yeah, but they never called it anything in the show. It was just how gnomes showed affection.

when i was little we used to call it an eskmo kiss 'cause i was told eskimos did it too

heh, I used to do that with my mom a lot...possibly it started out by watching the show? One of my favourites from my early childhood :)

We called it noozles. I think that name was based on the show of the same name with a girl that gave "noozles" to her stuffed koala and would then be transported to a magical koala land where everyone could fly.

True story.
