I know this is probably really farfetched, but does anyone think this show will ever come out on dvd?? I absolutely LOVED it as a kid and would be so happy if it did.

Indeed, I looked at the dutch version when I was a kid.

It would be very nice if they would make a dvd from David de Kabouter (this is David the Gnome is dutch)

I hope they do this was my favorite show as a kid, after Belle and Sebatian i'd watch it all the time. Loved the theme song

as far as i know, there is no dvd out yet, but you can vote for it on www.tvshowsondvd.com. it's this website that works with production companies by telling them what shows are in demand for dvd releases. if enough people vote for it, it'll end up on dvd.

This movie is on DVD in the Uk. According to the info posted on Play.com's website, it has all 26 episodes.

Most of the international versions are available on DVD. The original "David el Gnomo" complete series can be purchased on Amazon Spain. The complete series in Italian is also available on DVD. I think all the episodes are on DVD in the Netherlands, and a few are on DVD in Germany.
