It's one of the most powerful scenes in the Whole movie.

In this scene, Van is basically passing off The Power to Taj...

Basically setting up the entire idea/concept of:

Van Wilder 2 (Rise of the Taj)

Not to mention, its just a cool ass f--king scene because Taj had a true-talent, he just never truly realized it and needed someone like Van to show him this.

Unfortunately, the song was never officially released. I'm a DJ, and that would be one helluva floor filler.
