Douglas C. Neidermeyer. He is at least memorable because the movie he was in had a great script and good actors. I can't think of one thing Richard Bagg did other than his failed medical exam, which was only funny the first time. I can instantly remember many Neidermeyer lines and moments and chuckle every time.

I think I find Neidermeyer more entertaining, just because he's so over-the-top. Richard is just a twerp.
