What's with the title change? "Party Liaison"????

I remember it being titled, "National Lampoon's Van Wilder" now it's labeled as "Van Wilder: Party Liaison" When did this happen and why?

Van Wilder:Party Liaison is the UK title of the film for some reason. The France title is American Party.

In New Zealand it's called, 'Cream Filled Eclairs'.
