Winnie's headstone

In the end, when Jesse comes back to Tree Gap on his motorcycle and finds Winnie's grave, did anyone else notice that it said "Winifred Foster Jackson"?
As in, Jesse was played by Jonathon Jackson?
I just realized that and I was wondering, do you think they did that on purpose? I know Jonathon was casted at the last minute, but maybe they couldn't think of a name for the headstone and just put his.
I know it doesn't matter one bit, but I just wanted to see what you all would say.

Hola, Senor Pantolones Queso, como estas?

I personally take it as a little mindless detail. Yes, it's cute to think that "Jackson" is Jonathan/Jesse's last name, but it sure doesn't bring anything to the story.

In the book the headstone says "Winnie Foster Jacobs".

Ah, it could be because I have a dutch translation.
They probably changed the name Jackson to Jacobs.
