Would you be a Tuck or a Cullen?

If you became a Tuck you would be immortal, you could still have children and you have absolutely no out. No way possible of dying.

If you became a Cullen you would be immortal, never have children, have bloodlust, and you could actually die one or two different ways, but you would be beautiful, agile and graceful.

IDK, I wouldn't want to be immortal, I don't want to live forever, but if I had to, I'm not sure which way I would go. If I were a vampire I would have a way to die if I really really wanted to, but I would suffer from blood lust and could never have a family with my other. If there were an other.... and if I were a Tuck, I would literally live to see the end of the world, no other option, but I wouldn't be anymore than I am now. Not anymore beautiful or quick, but my soul wouldn't necessarily be in jeapordy...

what about you?

TUCK!

Blood is gross, and not at all so glamourous like in Twilight.

I think I would have to pick Cullen, just because you do have a way out.
Not to mention, I'm not really fond of living in the backwoods of some forest... The bugs alone would make me want to die, but thats just a personal preference.
And also, even though you can't have children as a Cullen, you can still have a functioning relationship (with another vampire, at least) as demonstrated by Emmet and Rosalie. Plus, on top of that, the gorgeous/agile/strong thing woudln't hurt much...Although the bloodlust part would suck.
So yeah, a Cullen for me. (I know I put too much thought into this :P)

Cullen- No questions about it.

I would rather be a Cullen because I would have the knowledge that I could die if I wanted to. I could deal with the bloodlust. Blood already kinda freaks me out, so no problem there. I don't really like children nor have any of my own, so again, I don't have a problem with that. Plus, if luck's on my side, I'll have an extra gift. :)

I would love to have Edward, since he seems pretty much perfect, but I would want to have a family. So I would choose to be a Tuck.

Definitely Tuck. Drinking blood just doesn't sound appealing.

reply

Tuck, because I like food.

Hands down... i would be a Cullen. Especially if i got to have Edward or Emmett.
Besides, how sweet would it be to be a vampire?

Cullen. An amazing, mystical world with cool powers, speed, strength, and beauty. You could die if you really wanted to; just take a trip to Italy.

The only thing I have a problem with is the love and family part. Sure, if you're a girl and the boy is a vampire, you'd be able to have kids. But I'm a girl, so I'd be the vampire and stuck in a Rosalie situation.

But either way, I'd have to leave my family and friends. Unless I was becoming immortal for someone I couldn't live without, I wouldn't do it. You'd grow to love people and then lose them every generation.

I wouldn't be able to cause the pain to so many innocent animals...I wouldn't be a vampire because I wouldn't be able to feed on the blood. Yes, I eat meat now, but I wouldn't be able to watch the fear in an animals eyes just before it gets killed. I'd have to spend eternity wallowing in guilt.
So i'd have to be a Tuck.

But i don't know if I could ever spend eternity on the planet as well. Sure there are many things I want to see and do in the world, and if I was everlasting then I would be able to... but eventually I'd do all those things. At first it would be magical, awesome and super cool... but then my life would become monotonous. So i'd have to be a Cullen, because there is always that option of death. (but if I became a Cullen, I'd have to take that option very quickly, as I could not live with myself)

As they say "Every new beginning is just another beginning's end". I truly don't believe that death is the end of our journey. No I can't tell you what happens, because I'm not sure of it myself. Do we get reincarnated? Become ghosts? Go to heaven as spirits? I don't know. Noone truly knows until they die. But I have a feeling it's something. I've always had this theory that you're forever in a serene state and what ever you believe happens - if one believes in heaven - they go there - if one believes in become a ghost and haunting the earth - they go there - if all one believes is that they rot in the ground and get eaten by worms - then that is exactly what will happen to you.

For me, I don't believe it is the end. And I don't think I would want to live forever, because then I would be missing out on my next chapter.

If I had the choice - I would be neither a Tuck or a Cullen - I'd just be me. I am thankful that there is no choice to be made - and that all I am is me. Thankful, indeed.

sky makes a really good point. I wouldn't want to be neither a Tuck or a Cullen. But if I did have to choose I would choose Tuck. I'd have Jesse or Miles over Edward anyday.

I would be a Cullen, and this is why:
Again, there is a way to die, if you were desperate. Which is very important. To be alive until the end of the world would be frightening and incredibly lonely.

Also, as a Cullen you cannot have children, however, you can have a husband/wife and a "family" or "coven"-- the problem with the Tuck's is that they can have biological children, but then have to watch them grow up and die. I would NEVER be able to do that.

I eat meat, so I suppose I would just have to get over having to eat animals.

Also, Cullens get to be gorgeous... which is nice.

True facts!

I also wouldn't want to be either (I have NO wish to be immortal AT ALL, ever) but I would choose to be a Tuck any day of the week over a Cullen. Mae and Angus were so loving and parent-y and Miles and Jesse were amazing! I loved them both. And the Tucks don't drink blood which is, you know, a plus. And they can go out in sunlight. And their eyes aren't funkyscary. And their skin isn't icy cold all the time and horrifically pale.

Plus I loved the Tuck's house - it was kind of isolated and with the gorgeous lake nearby, and the forest, and their house was all cluttered and very quaint and home-y. I would love to live there. The Cullens house was pretty, but it was very modern and it was in kind of a dreary forest and it was grey and rainy all the time. I wouldn't really want to live there.

Tucks can sleep, Cullens can't. I love sleeping!

So yeah. A Tuck, for sure.

Plus the Tucks aren't associated with horror, the occult, unhealthy obsessions with strange guys, or false ideas about relationships either.

But you forget the whole point of the thread is to pick which one. If you pick yourself, there really isn't any point in posting it.
