It would really suck if you were old and sickly, or on the brink of dying from some horrible debilitating disease, and it didn't cure it, just made you stay that way forever, and you couldn't even die if (and I'm sure you would after a certain time) you wanted to....

It won't give up, it wants me dead-God damn this noise inside my head...

Idk, that's a good question. The c patented were still old, the father was still balding and I believe alopecia it's caused by a disease.

I would say the fountain of youth arrested any disease so they didn't get any worse. In other words you had the same quality of life, forever, that was present for you at the time of drinking.
