It has been a long time since ive seen this movie, but what was the story behind that? Please someone tell me the jist :-)

shareThe above poster is right about Madison: She put him in the coma/life support. She was likely either his longtime girlfriend and he was breaking up with her(judging by the smiling photos of the 2 together).
Or she was obsessed with Jake like she was with Ben; and imagining they had a relationship.
Dante was warning Ben of what Madison was really capable of.
I don't remember seeing any scene where they show Madison and Jake together, unless you mean the photographs they show of them?
