I got the impression she switched the urine cups somehow. I think it was with Josh's urine, as she got very close to the samples & he makes a comment about Ben to Madison later:
"I should have known Ben wouldn't take steroids! He doesn't need them!"
"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
"Didn't he discover America?"
"Penfold, shush."
Better question, if it wasn't his urine then who did she sleep with to get urine with steroids in it? And if so, how did she get them to piss in the cup? lmao

I'm wondering if she didn't just dump some steroids into Ben's urine sample. It seemed that the samples were accessible at one point in the film.
She likely took them from Josh, who sounded like he had them from when he said to Madison: "Ben would never take steroids. He doesn't need 'em!"
But would they 'show up' the same way if they were just placed in the urine, or would they have to pass through the body?
This movie had so many plot holes it was kind of amusing!

At this point, I'm just thinking Madison was unbelievably slick like that.
I'm still trying to figure out how the hell she took Ben's keys off his key rack, get doubles, and then have his keys back on the rack when Ben checks for them after his mother accused him of not putting the Club on his steering wheel
