Mostly it was just boring without anything really funny. Adam Sandler being a really nice guy just isn't funny. The big shareholder meeting at the end was really stupid. All any of the shareholders care about is making money until Deeds makes a speech that suddenly makes them stop caring about money. The best part of the movie was when he was throwing eggs at cars with John McEnroe. The best part of the movie was when he was being a mean jerk.

Far from his worst movie, I really liked this one and it's refreshing to see him act a little different for once. Jack and Jill looks truly horrible
