Butler actor on the cover

This may have been asked before, but does anyone know why the actor playing his butler varies on different versions of this film's cover/poster?
One version has John Tutturro as the butler, and the other has some older guy who resembles the Monopoly man. The images are practically identical except for the butler's head. Even their body is the same, they've just pasted the different head on it.
Now I've never actually seen the film, so does he have two different butlers in it? I've seen a trailer and some photographs from it, so I know Tutturo is definitely in it. Is there a version without him? Who's the other guy, and why's he on the cover?

I don't know the answer, but you're not alone in noticing this. From the IMDB trivia section:

"Early posters and some of the newspaper ads feature an unnamed elderly butler instead of John Turturro's character. This character is never in the film."
