I know it says something under the "BROTHERHOOD" on the wall. Is it a motto, or does it say what the letters in BROTHERHOOD stand for?

It isn't an anagram! That's like "Name, mane, mean". Same letters rearranged into another word (i.e. elvis, lives; Britney Spears, presbyterians; trucks, struck; sperm, perms; shower, whores.. etc.)

Okay.
So the periods in between the letters are just there? "B.R.O.T.H.E.R.H.O.O.D." doesn't actually mean "Be Righteious Of The Human Experience; Race Has Other Opponents, D'uh!" ..or something like that.
