Eddie Griffin was on a local station (channel 5 in Los Angeles) last week and said UB2 was in preproduction. Hope it's as good as the first and not as unwatchable (I tried last night) as the Deuce Bigelow sequel.

shareWell, sequels are always a calculated risk and with very few exceptions, are better than the original, but I welcome a sequel to this movie.
shareI can't imagine what they'd do with a sequel. Seems like every black stereotype was hit on the original.

Griffin and any one of the new crop of 'it girls' could probably pull it off.
I think in 2002, Denise Richards was a 'fine' choice for the 'it girl'.
