Does anybody know why this film did so badly at the box-office, only 9million domestically!! It has Kurt Russell and Ving Rhames in it and is a damn good film!

Perhaps poor advertising? There are plenty of times things of good quality pass by a lot of people just because they didn't know about it.

I agree; I watched this on FX the other day, pretty good. I don't recall ever hearing about this movie prior to that.

I'm not sure why it happened. I saw it when it first came out in the theatre. If I remember correctly I think it was me and 1 other military guy in there - and this was opening Friday night. Don't know why it bombed but I thought it was alright.
