As for the movie, I liked it. Not as good as Narc, but just as entertaining.

OK this is urgent ... in the scene where kurt russell is talking to the swat leader, Rico whats the name of the actor with the salt and pepper hair standing near Rico whos like his second in command. Ive seen him in Clear and Present Danger as well. If anyone could reply very soon it would be greatly appreciated.

Anyway, That actor's name is Peter Weireter. He's acted in several action movies over the years. Most notably.. the FBI Director's Bodyguard in "Clear & Present Danger" & small parts in movies like "The Green Mile" & "Dark Blue". He's also been Harrison Ford's advisor on how to use weapons in several of his films.
