That just came up in the new Ray Donovan series. An NBA player wakes up next to a woman who died during the night of an OD in a hotel room. Donovan or the guy he sends to contain the damage says something to the effect "its happened before to all of us. Calm down."
Their solution? Replace him with another macho movie client who is about to be outed as gay or bisexual. Better that people think he was in bed with a dead woman than a live man.
