Lucky you, Frank. You're still in the DC area, right?

The director's cut may have already been released by July 2011 on DVD - unless they're pushing back the release date again. I'd assume it makes more sense to show it on the big screen before the release of the DVD to build up interest in buying the director's cut. (Let's just hope it will be released!)

But if it's an opportunity for fans to hang out with three of the stars, then anytime would be good.

I wish I could be there. :-( I am to far away, and don't have the funds to attend. I hope at least the director's cut will come out on blu-ray and DVD.

Hey, now Jeff Shaara has announced on his site that the director's cut DVD will be released in May. Sounds like the most promising news yet.
