To be quite honest I loved the Director's Cut

I hope that I can get the Limited Collectors set off of Amazon that has Gods and Generals DC as well as Gettysburg DC along with tons of other civil war stuff. It's a shame that this is the only way to get it on DVD, as I have no Blu Ray player to just buy the standalone DC on BluRay

I watched the watched the Director's Cut a few weeks back on DVD. It was amazing and flowed so much better than the Theatrical Cut.
