Is the Spacelab 3031 spinoff going to happen?

No, and why should it? That whole entire ASHDTV episode they were in SUCKED. The writers didn't try at all! It was disappointing since that episode was the one I anticipated the most in this season.

Not to my knowledge, the 70-30 folks seem to be focusing on "Frisky Dingo."

who told you that there was a spinoff happening??? The answer is no. 70-30 is now working on their new show, Frisky Dingo.
