With the recent success of straight to DVD/Indie films I think this would be a great route for them to take. It can be unrated and Red & Mef could have total creative control. Redman has also been quoted in the past saying he wanted to make sure the sequel really represented stoners, and you know who else had that problem with their movie? Dave Chappelle. They could all get together and kill it, Dave is a hip-hop fan and Redman did a sketch on Chappelle Show so I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to get these guys to work together.
